What is the meaning of Monjid:
In the tire coating industry, Monjid is the main factor in forming a coating tire. Monjid means a used tire that has been used before and is not actually usable. Tire coating manufacturers are always trying to collect these tires as their main consumables. Unfortunately, due to the lack of accurate information, most people are unaware of this feature; Because the collection of used tires, in addition to helping the development of the tire coating industry, is a very significant contribution to the environment around us.

General cases that prevent the acceptance of Manjid (used tire) for coating:
1- Monads in which layer separation is observed.

2- Fluids whose inner or outer wall is damaged due to movement on low wind (movement on puncture), or the splice (header) of the layers is open, or there are many gaps and there are scratches, or there is a cut inside the fuselage.

The main reasons for tire puncture:
• One of the main reasons for tire punctures is poor road asphalt conditions. Existence of potholes and potholes, unsuitable asphalt, as well as the sinking of sharp and sharp objects are the main reasons for puncture.
Deviation between the car wheels inside or outside can cause tire wear and tire punctures.
• Severe braking is another puncture factor.
• Timely adjustment of tire pressure.
• Pay attention to the amount of standard load that must be applied to the vehicle.

3- Monoids that have lost their effectiveness due to heat, moisture or contact with chemicals such as grease, oil, paint and bitumen, or monoids that have strong and deep cracks on the wall that are signs of freezing death or Fibers that have burns in the inner layers, which is mostly seen in the inner shoulders, and the initial state of the rubber has disappeared and changed color and become dry, and the threads are almost clear.

4- Monjids whose willow (crown) is broken and the wiring or rupture of the layers is marked on the crown or have strong and deep cracks around the willow, which is mostly seen in radial monjids and monjids of size 7.50-16.

5- Monads that can be seen on the wall of deep and severe cracks or Monides that have severe corrosion on their brittle surface.

6- Consumers that have been repaired by consumers and coated magnets will be accepted after inspection taking into account all the inspection conditions. Coated beads can be coated at most two more times and marked on the production line.

7- Magnets of size 7.50-15, brand Dena, size 12.00-20, brands of Goodyear, Marshall, Birla and Vee Rubber, and magnets of size 14-6.50 of Iran Tire, monsters of size 7.00-16, 7.00-15 and 6.00-16 with the following brands:
Kian Tire KT-310 Monjid size 7.50-16 with Kian Tire brand KT-210.
In the case of this section, the coils of 12.00-20 and 7.50-16 are acceptable for cold coating.

8- Car riders and vans with rayon threads in their layers. Cargo wire tires are acceptable for cold cover. Coordinate with different production units for different radial sizes.
